Ingredients:

1 kiwi

Half a banana

1 scoop of raspberries

Orange juice, add amount you’d like for desired thickness

Coconut water

1 scoop of frozen pineapple

2 scoops of Daily Pro French Vanilla

Instructions

Add the ingredients to a blender and mix. Add more coconut water or orange juice for desired thickness. Serve it chilled and enjoy!

Prepared in the morning, it’s a great breakfast meal to stay satisfied until lunch time. Or after a workout, it’s the perfect snack to refuel your body and restore muscle tissue. Make one smoothie for yourself or make enough for the whole family. This recipe is also a huge hit with kids!

  1. When I wake up every morning I head straight to my blender (after brushing my teeth of course and using Luebella.. Lol) Then I start my routine of putting together I Daily Pro smoothie.

    2 handfuls of spinach
    3 to 4 bananas
    1 tablespoon of sliced ginger
    1 cup of frozen mangoes, peaches and strawberries
    2 squeezed lemons
    1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar ( from the Bonvera Marketplace Select)
    4 to 5 cups of water
    1 cup of unpasterized orange juice
    2 scoops of Phyzix MD Daily Pro
    And a little BOOM, BAM, BLEND!

    Then you have an amazing Daily Pro smoothie for the whole family. Best way to start the day! I have it as my breakfast and usually don’t need to eat again until lunch time or longer. Enjoy and I hope this helps! 🙂
